AUG 09: The first Art Attack
The first Art Attack
August 2009, in the back of a Rabbit Movers truck in Brooklyn
The trucks of Rabbit Movers became pop-up galleries and stages. At the first Art Attack, Color War (Lindsay Mound and Justin William Lin) played in the back of a truck, with Erica Harmon watching. A New York Times photograph of the performance, captioned “Lindsay Mound with Justin Lin, a photographer and Rabbit Movers employee, perform in the back of a Rabbit truck in Brooklyn”, ran with Andrew Keh’s article on Rabbit Movers, “Creative Opportunity: Heavy Lifting Required”, on 24 August 2009.
